Founding Partner
Jody has secured over 71 million in jury verdicts for his clients in a 3 year period, including the number one motor vehicle verdict in Texas in 2012. He's intelligent, empathetic and moves quickly to secure justice for his clients. A cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University, Order of Barristers from the University of Houston Law Center and recipient of the Faculty Award from the Temple University Beasley School of Law LL.M. program in trial advocacy, Jody is a requested public speaker and community leader.
ALBERTO L. GUERRERO
Founding Partner
Alberto (Beto) is the son of a pioneering Starr County family. He grew up in Rio Grande City and returned to the RGV after graduating from Ivy League Dartmouth College and the University of Texas Law School. With over 20 years of masterminding challenging cases in complex personal injury, defective product, government fraud and civil rights, Beto is ready to fight for you.
